Mentoring is the best way to gain professional-level knowledge, skills and attitude quickly. Professional pilots have the benefit of continuous oversight during their flying career. This highly acclaimed coaching method is now available to you as well. It consists of an annual two-day training session and three days throughout the year of standardization flights. The standardization flights will give you the opportunity throughout the year to fly the places you normally fly in weather that the aircraft is equipped to handle with an experienced mentor pilot.
