Terms and Conditions
I am able to provide you with a proposal designed to meet your stated objectives when I have received the online application form(s); one for each pilot. I can schedule training once I have received your retainer in accordance with the proposal. All payments are non-refundable.
If you wish to change the dates and we agree to do so, an additional retainer may be required and/or a cancellation fee may apply. In any case, the existing retainer is applied to the closest of the dates on the amended and agreed upon schedule. If you wish to relinquish dates, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you are unable to complete the training in the allotted time (for any reason including failure to meet standards for the rating held, adverse weather, aircraft maintenance issues, illness, personal or business schedule, cancellation charges, wait charges and/or a supplemental training fee may apply. Any additional costs incurred during service must be paid when invoiced. Any remaining funds are credited to future service within 1 year.
Payment received after the last day of service is subject to interest charges at 1 1/2% per month. The course completion debriefing cannot be scheduled and training certificates cannot be issued until the balance due is paid.
The proposal represents the entire agreement between us. The agreement, entered into in the State of Maryland supersedes all other agreements that have come before it. By sending the retainer you are accepting these terms and conditions which apply to the agreement. If you default on the agreement and an attorney is consulted to collect any amounts owed by you under the agreement, you agree to pay all court and collection costs. In addition, you agree to pay the attorney fees. The agreement applies to all future training and service.
